Ayurveda tea called "Ayur Vyosha Tea"

Vyosha is a Sanskrit term used in Ayurveda to refer to a combination of three herbs: ginger, long pepper, and black pepper, this combination is also known as Trikatu.

 Today we are sharing the recipe of Vyosha drink- for immune system care. This is one of the unique recipe formulated by the best Ayurveda Doctor Dr.Varun Ram Raj.

 Just we need three ingredients for this recipe.

  1. Ginger
  2. Black pepper and
  3. Long pepper  called as Pippali. Together this combination is Called as "Vyosha" or Trikatu.

 Prepare 500 ml water for boiling and when it starts slightly boiling add 5 grams each of grated ginger, black pepper and Pippali. Boil it well and reduce it to 400 ml. It may take 10-15 minutes of boiling to reduce it to 400 ml and our "Vyosha drink" for immune system care is ready.

 20-50 ml can be taken twice daily.

This helps to expel and balance the mis-balanced Kapha dosha. Also it helps to strengthen our immune system.

This drink helps in bettering sore-throat,

improves voice quality,

Helps to remove phlegm from the throat and chest,

This drink is beneficial during the period of temperature, cough and common coldfor a faster recovery.
